Hello,
I'm curious what vendors are manufacturing hybrid hard drives, and how can I get my hands on one?

Hybrid Hard Drive Vendors?
If you are talking about the ones that use Flash for the cache, I believe Samsung is the only one currently producing those (and they are the leaders in high speed Flash right now). For the OS to leverage this feature for "fast" boots, however, you will need to look at Vista as of right now.
